Cloud Native is all about building applications for the cloud from the very outset of any project - be they for enterprise or public clouds. Meanwhile, applications are being containerised and OpenStack is now treating containers as first order priorities. However, for Big Data some organisations may not want to use hypervisors or containers but would prefer to have bare metal.
