PT Inovação participated on the 2^nd MorgenStadt City Challenge, invited by Libon´s City Hall, which took place on December 16.

This workshop was included in the project City Lab Lisbon – accelerating the sustainable development of cities , a global competition for cities that want to be better prepared for the urban challenges of the future. This project is promoted by Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering.

Lisbon was one of the cities chosen by the project partners. After the diagnostic phase, more than 50 interviews to various local actors and a first workshop held on 27 October, this second event, aimed to discuss some of the topics selected for the City.

Filipe Cabral Pinto, from PT Inovação, was one of the invited experts, having participated in the panels "Sensor network: Using ICT interfaces to communicate environmental and mobility information" and "Establishing a constant cooperation strategy between the city administration, location IT-research institutes and the society in order to cooperatively Develop bottom-up innovations for the city”.

This invitation recognizes PT Inovação's advanced technological knowledge, particularly in the area of Smart Cities.
