Crissi Williams

Since first joining the organisation in August 2008, Crissi has worked across several functions, making her uniquely placed to step into the Chief Executive role.
With a background in recruitment, Crissi was instrumental in launching the ITP’s apprenticeship scheme – which has created more than 100 industry jobs since 2013.
She is passionate about helping young people in STEM, with a particular interest in improving career guidance offered to young people in education.
She is often asked to comment on Apprenticeships and what the industry can do to help fill the skills gap and grow tomorrows workforce.
She is married with two children.
