Singtel launches all-digital mobile experience with GOMO

Via Singtel

Mar 25, 2019

Singapore, 25 March, 2019 – Singtel today introduced GOMO, a new all-digital mobile product which specially caters to the lifestyles of digital natives and millennials. GOMO provides a new level of convenience with immediate digital mobile sign-up and same day SIM card delivery, a dedicated Care app and 24/7 live chat for customer service enquires, as well as affordable and generous data allowances and attractive lifestyle benefits.

“GOMO is our call to customers to Get Out More Often whenever and wherever they want, be it through using data on-the-go or enjoying exclusive perks as they eat, play and travel,” said Mr Yuen Kuan Moon, CEO of Consumer Singapore at Singtel. It’s all about giving our customers value, convenience, freedom, simplicity in usage and a truly digital experience. We look forward to introducing even more exciting features and enhancements to the GOMO family.”

Priced at $20 per month, GOMO Mobile includes 20GB of data, 200 minutes talktime, 200 SMS and free Caller ID. The no-contract plan works on a 30-day payment cycle and customers can easily link their debit or credit card for monthly payments and make instant purchases whenever additional data, text or minutes are required.

For a start, customers on GOMO Mobile will be able to enjoy exclusive dining offers, such as 1-for-1 discounts at selected hipster restaurants and cafes. These lifestyle rewards will be expanded to include ride-hailing, entertainment events and activities, and travel-related promotions.

To encourage customers to Get Out More Often and to celebrate the launch of GOMO, those who sign up for a GOMO Mobile SIM before 30 April 2019 will receive a free GOMO Travel SIM worth S$20. The multi-destination GOMO Travel SIM provides 3GB of data for 10 days across eight popular destinations – Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.

GOMO Mobile can be purchased online at gomo.sg. The plan is available to everyone in Singapore and there are no additional charges or deposits required for Work Permit or S Pass holders.
