It's not just internal Silos that are the problem, Shahar tells Martyn Warwick. Carriers themselves are silos which is a barrier when it comes to services which span multiple networks. Telcos have made an art out of process steps but this is no longer enough when service delivery can be accomplished in seconds instead of months.
