The concept of "open" NFV has resulted in many vendors and manufacturers being involved a wide variety of ecosystems. However, as these different ecosystems frequently involve the same players, could there be a danger that the sheer number of them could confuse service providers as they try to decide on which ecosystem to choose as their transformation partner? Elena Romero thinks not - provided the different ecosystems do not massively overlap one another.
