We're here with Marisol Saiz. We're going to talk today about AI driven core commerce and Ericsson Charging and Billing Evolved. So Marisol, tell us about your demo today.
Marisol Saiz, Ericsson (00:13):
Okay, thank you. Today we are going to show our demo. We want to unlock revenue with an evolved monetization. We want to explore together with the CSP, how can we expand their ecosystems? We want to onboard new partners into the game and start generating new revenue leads, new revenue generation. We are going to do so with AI-driven Core Commerce and Ericsson Charging and Billing Evolved solutions. In Ericsson, we are leaders in BSS. So we think this is the perfect foundation for these products for Charging and Billing Evolved, where we have the tools to rapidly adapt to what 5G market and monetization requires. So for doing so, we think and we see in Ericsson a timeline, we see a progression. 5G networks are already here. We have everything that we need, our investments in place, but we need to start harvesting these investments. And we think that 5G is anymore the future.

We already started with tailored business plans, but we think that we need to have one step ahead of what the market requires and we think the next step, it's customer enterprise. We want to unlock enterprise agility. We want to provide the tools so we can prepare, we can be prepared for differentiated connectivity for automation. We are talking about here, network slicing. We are talking about here, enterprise edge offering. And this is the next step. We need to start harvesting this new partnership, this ecosystem. That means that in the most mature level of monetization, we expect CSPs to join together with other partners, to include and onboard any other partners into the game and start co-creating offerings with these partners. We want all these partners together in one place. We want to create marketplace. CSP is creating marketplace which makes possible to these partners to show and sell their products.

New partnerships, creative partnerships that will bring most value into the chain. So we are talking new partners. Who are the partners? We are talking enterprise. We can talk about healthcare system, mission critical, fleet management, IOT, very important right now, IOT. We think that's the next step, are going to be the huge number of sims for IOT. So we need a platform able to manage such amount of subscribers. Also, of course, educational services or agriculture. We are talking about any kind of vertical, which could mean a way to start interacting and bringing up new opportunities. What are we proposing with Charging and Billing Evolved? And together with Core Commerce solution, we want to build this new ecosystem. We want CSP to have the right tools to onboard these new partners and start reaping out the full potential of 5G.

We need to innovate business models. We were talking about enterprise, we were talking about verticals, healthcare. I mean, we need to start thinking in not only consumer market, but further on the consumer market. We need to start thinking in enterprise and of course we need to talk AI. I mean not only cloud native, that's the perfect infrastructure. We need to grow at the same pace as the market requires, but we need to be resilient. And of course we need the help of AI. We need to use AI to solve real problems. And with AI-driven Core Commerce and Charging and Billing Evolved, we have the perfect tools. We have capabilities which will help CSPs to fasten their time to market with guided AI selling and product offering configuration. For example. We are going to minimize revenue loss with our tools that proactively monitor performance and the efficiency of our systems. And we are also going to have AI to enhance customer satisfaction. We want our customers to have their current invoice. We will have the possibility of anomaly detection for this invoice. So I think we have right now a correct evolution pathway towards what is next, that it's to fully benefit of 5G networks, deployments, and investments.
