We are here with Rajwinder Singh, who's going to talk about accelerating AI industrialization. Great to have you here. Rajwinder, what have you got for us today?
Rajwinder Singh, Ericsson (00:11):
Thank you. In Ericsson OSS/BSS, we developed three types of AI applications. We developed applications which are embedded into our products, like intrinsic capabilities. We also develop readymade AI apps. We developed around 20 plus readymade AI apps, which we developed to work with the latest versions of OSS/BSS Ericsson products. We have now introduced a new sub-offering to modify the existing readymade AI apps, or to develop new AI solutions on-demand from the customers. Readymade AI apps, we develop for OSS/BSS products like Core Commerce, Monetization, Data and AI, as well as for services (the team which runs the operations post deployment). These readymade product-near AI Apps we develop for the latest versions of our products, but there are a lot of customers who want to modify these apps for multi-vendor environments where some non-Ericsson products are there.

Customers also wants us to modify these readymade AI apps for older versions of Ericsson products. That's where custom AI apps comes into picture. This is a new offering that we have launched. In Custom AI apps offering, fast development is very important and hence we need accelerator capabilities. This is where Telco Agentic AI Studio comes in. We developed this capability to re-use a lot of assets and knowledge for faster development. Through this capability, we re-use a lot of existing knowledge that we gathered while developing readymade AI apps. We re-use these assets to build custom AI apps faster for our customers, using our services teams. Services teams use these accelerators. We call this demo 'Accelerating AI industrialization' because the time to market is reduced substantially using Telco Agentic AI Studio capabilities. Thank you.
