We're at the Ericsson OSS/BSS Summit 2025 in London, where shaping the innovative connected world is the overarching theme. And there are a number of topics clearly in focus at this event: Autonomous networks, data-driven intelligence, the impact of generative ai, partnerships, collaboration, and of course monetization. We're now at the stage where autonomous networks have to become a reality. But the big question is, how should these best be enabled? Well, not with legacy approaches. Speakers here are saying it requires innovation, not just in technology, but also in strategic thinking. Now, autonomous networks are of course, linked very closely to the perennial challenge of data management and how data is better utilized is linked to the growing capabilities and use of gen AI to achieve data-driven intelligence. This also ties into another of the key themes here, partnerships. The telco keynote speakers have highlighted the importance of collaboration across the industry in order to take full advantage of the potential that Gen AI can bring to CSPs. All of this, of course, funnels into the monetization of CSP assets and services, and helps CSPs improve the customer experience. So for the Telcos, Ericsson, and all of their partners, there's a lot to discuss at the Ericsson OSS/BSS Summit 2025.
