Netcracker completes major digital transformation milestone at Vivo

Netcracker Technology announced today that Vivo, Telefónica Group’s Brazilian subsidiary, has successfully reached a major milestone in its multiphase digital transformation initiative conducted with Netcracker. This phase includes the initial migration to Netcracker’s Digital BSS Solution, which will help Vivo deliver a superior customer experience for B2B customers across multiple lines of business.
The digital transformation program will allow Vivo’s B2B customers to gain key benefits, including receiving their proposals faster and with an accurate quote by leveraging enhanced capabilities of automated configure-price-quote (CPQ) functionality; centralized product management; and full automation of the lead to order process. This solution will enable Vivo to accelerate its growth strategy through more rapid sales and bookings; shorter time to market for new services; and greater automation of key customer-facing processes. This upgrade is part of a larger, multiphase digital transformation effort that has already included successful revenue and service management transformations.
As part of this automation effort, Netcracker is also delivering a variety of solution integrations with Vivo’s existing systems and processes, including sales force automation, fraud management and security. Due to the enhanced functionality, automation and integration Netcracker is delivering, Vivo will be able to decommission a variety of legacy systems to create a more digital B2B systems environment while reducing cost and manual effort.
