Telco infrastructure uses significant amounts of energy, so how can the use of software help CSPs to lower their energy consumption and GHG emissions? Technologies such as blockchain have a major role to play, as does the adoption of marketplace models. But are telcos equipped to use such services and models? What’s holding them back?
