Transforming Colt's business to deploy complex SDN and NFV solutions

The industry is starting to see deployments of SDN and NFV in live deployments. Colt launched a vCPE a few years ago, predating NFV, and is about to launch the next phase, which will be cloud-based. It has also deployed an SDN-based data centre in Paris with an SDN overlay technique, and will roll it out to further locations soon. But there's only so much innovation a business can absorb every year. Telecoms providers, IT service providers, cloud providers; all have still to transform their businesses in order to benefit from this new technology.
