Questions over the orchestration of new networks. Is orchestration going to be one discrete element, or is the orchestration element going to be layered for each of the different virtualised network functions and no longer an over-arching controller, in which case the authority function needs to be somewhere else. Options differ between operators, who tend to prefer layering due to scalability concerns, and vendors who prefer centralisation.
