Sylvan | Thirty Building in Trinity Groves Hosts New Flexible Retail Store Concept

AT&T* is bringing its services closer to home for apartment dwellers in the Dallas neighborhood of Trinity Groves. We’ve opened a new small-footprint, full-service pop-up store. It’s conveniently located in the Sylvan | Thirty mixed-use development to serve customers in an area not typically reached by traditional retail.

“We want to be nimble and quick to adapt in how we serve our customers,” said Ray Aguirre, assistant vice president of Mobile & Pop-up for AT&T. “Pop-up stores like this one enable us to enter neighborhoods faster and more efficiently, while continuing to provide a great experience.”

AT&T is expanding points of distribution to reach customers where they are. This strategy includes adding more traditional retail stores and launching new store formats like pop-up and mobile.

Pop-up stores look similar to other new AT&T stores. But they’re smaller and require much less construction and wiring. We bring in furniture on caster wheels for ease of repositioning as needed. We’re evaluating several additional markets for pop-up stores, and we plan to bring each new pop-up store to market within 60 days of signing a lease.

We’ve also launched several mobile stores. They deliver a store experience on wheels, so consumers can experience our latest mobile devices, entertainment services, or even buy their favorite accessories. All while enjoying a concert, festival or major sporting event. Wherever you see an AT&T-sponsored event across the country, you’re now likely to see one of our mobile stores.

Innovative store formats like pop-up and mobile are making it easier and more convenient for customers to interact with our products and get help from our representatives.

Visit our new pop-up store at Sylvan | Thirty, 1818 Sylvan Ave, Dallas, Texas 75208. The hours of operation are Mon-Fri: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sun: 12 – 5 p.m.
