Stream Technologies and myDevices announce partnership to accelerate IoT deployments

Barcelona, Spain - February 28, 2017 - Stream Technologies, the company behind IoT-X - the world's most advanced IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity management platform, and myDevices, creators of Cayenne - the world's first drag and drop IoT project builder, have announced a technology partnership agreement at Mobile World Congress.

With Stream's depth of experience in providing superior IoT connectivity and network management services, and myDevices' Cayenne, a robust IoT project building tool, enterprises will be able to reduce the time and resources required to develop, deploy and support IoT solutions. Image

IoT-X, which is agnostic with regards to network technology type, embodies the fact that the IoT addresses use cases which require different types of connectivity. This, combined with Cayenne's vast array of visualisation tools, will allow IoT solutions to be deployed quickly and easily, regardless of the use case and connectivity type.

IoT-X is fully integrated with Stream's LoRaWAN™ network server, which is compatible with any LoRaWAN compliant device. This integration will allow enterprises to rapidly build applications through Cayenne for devices that have been deployed on LoRaWAN networks powered through IoT-X.

Niall Strachan, Chief Product Officer at Stream Technologies said,

"The partnership with myDevices highlights Stream's commitment to enabling simplified and scalable IoT deployments globally. This partnership is an extremely powerful proposition that allows any enterprise that uses IoT-X to manage, monitor and monetise globally connected IoT devices, to be able to further add value to their products and services by using Cayenne to visualise the sensor data in a simple and easy to use environment."

myDevices' Cayenne enables developers to quickly design, prototype, and commercialize IoT solutions such as smart buildings, smart farming, smart metering and asset tracking applications.

"We are proud to partner with Stream Technologies and promote its IoT-X in our IoT Ready Program which enables device manufacturers and connectivity providers to integrate their products and services directly inside our Cayenne IoT Project Builder and become accessible to our community of over 165,000 users," said Kevin Bromber, CEO of myDevices.
