Thought leaders of the ICT and automotive sectors will examine recent advances in connected, automated driving and their associated implications for technical standardization, business and regulation.

In focus will be connectivity options for connected vehicles and automated driving, cybersecurity threats to automotive systems, and the role to be played by artificial intelligence and machine learning in future transport systems.

The workshop will feature a keynote address tackling the questions surrounding insurance liability in the case of accidents involving automated driving, delivered by Koichi Narasaki, Managing Executive Officer, Group Chief Digital Officer, Sompo Holdings, Japan.
