HPE Communications & Media Solutions (CMS) provides an innovative portfolio of telecom industry-specific software products, solutions and professional services for demanding Communications Service Providers (CSPs) globally.

Within the CMS portfolio, the Mobile Core and 5G segment covers HLR/HSS, Shared Data Layer, and 5G Control Plane Network Functions. Richard is responsible for the product strategy, product development and business results in Mobile Core and 5G.

Richard’s career with HPE spans 20 years. His previous roles include WW Network GTM Director, EMEA Domain Director, Vodafone Global Account Manager, Program Manager, Solution Architect and R&D Technical Leader.

Niall is VP Network Strategy at Openet, He has also ran Openet’s engineering function as well as their support and managed services. Niall is currently driving Openet’s 5G “automated Networks” strategy.

Prior to joining Openet in 2006, Niall’s previous experience included 8 years in Ericsson responsible for the development of the Ericsson fraud, revenue management platforms and prepaid charging products.

Shubh Agarwal is the SVP of Strategic Marketing at Metaswitch, a disruptive cloud communications software company. He enjoys exploring innovative solutions as the mobile industry transitions to 5G, driven by software solutions based on cloud infrastructures. He is also an angel investor plus entrepreneur with experience in conceptualizing disruptive AI driving mobile commerce chatbots and cloud communications platforms for CPaaS market. Mr. Agarwal has a 22 year strong track record in new market entry and delivering new mobile core and radio products into the global service provider market at Nortel, Siemens and was instrumental as the strategy, marketing leader responsible for pre-IPO growth at Mavenir Systems. Shubh Agarwal attended EMBA program at Emory University and holds Wireless Engineering degrees from Rutgers University.
