Telkomsel to integrate Microsoft Azure artificial intelligence, providing ultimate digital customer experience

Jakarta, Indonesia – Telkomsel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to integrate Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Telkomsel's marketing strategy and marketing platforms to create more personalised experiences for customers. The integration was further discussed in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress 2023 and marks the sustainability of Telkomsel's digital transformation roadmap, as a leading digital telco company in Indonesia by continuing to innovate and implement the latest technology that will thrive in the industry and nation.
