Colt Technology Services embarks on 70-strong recruitment drive

London – Colt Technology Services has today announced a recruitment drive in a bid to appoint 70 new members to the Colt family. The investment in additional resources comes soon after Colt announced its three-year strategy and organisational structure, which has created new openings across Colt’s engineering, product, software development, operations, security and IT teams.

Colt is widely recognised as a pioneer in Software Defined Networking (SDN), including API-consumed Voice services, true on-demand real-time networking and SD WAN. The recruitment drive comes as Colt bolsters further its SDN portfolio in these areas and follows the recent announcement of Colt’s SD WAN 2.0 experience.

As a multinational organisation that embraces Inclusion and Diversity, Colt is encouraging applications from across Europe, India and Japan for the majority of roles in Engineering, Product and IT. For software development roles – with an emphasis on recruiting UI developers, app developers, and full stack developers – there is a particular focus on attracting talent from Portugal. Colt aims to fill the roles within the next six months.

Peter Coppens, Vice President, Product Portfolio, said: “SD WAN continues to be one of the major trends in our industry, and the technology is fundamentally changing the way enterprises operate. Talented individuals joining Colt will be the driving force in further accelerating our software-centric developments in SD WAN and other SDN technologies and processes, developments that will truly power enterprises’ digital transformations across the world.”

Colt’s vision is to become the most customer oriented company in the industry. A motivated and engaged workforce underpins great customer experience and service, and Colt understands the importance of its people’s power in reaching its goal. That’s why it is committed to investing in ongoing staff training, career development and personal and professional well-being.

The company’s recent industry-leading Net Promotor Scores (NPS) reflect Colt employees’ high motivation and the scores it has achieved on the respected job and recruiting sites like Glassdoor. There, it has achieved a 4.6/5 rating overall, with 100% of staff approving of CEO, Keri Gilder, while the Financial Times’ Diversity Leaders list rated Colt 1st in the telco industry.
