Following the public consultation launched in early October, on 21 December 2017 Arcep adopted the decision that sets price caps for copper local loop access charges (LLU and bitstream) from 2018 to 2020. In particular the recurring monthly wholesale charge for full unbundling could be capped at €9.31 a month starting on 1 January 2018, at €9.41 a month starting on 1 January 2019, and at €9.51 a month starting on 1 January 2020.
