Jon Carter, UK Head of Business Development, Connected Home, Deutsche Telekom
The Connected Home market promises much, but so far has failed to catch the imagination of homeowners, not least because of its complex and fragmented nature. Otherwise, telcos face the risk of disintermediation and will miss out on a market which could be worth upwards of €15bn by 2019.
