Orange completes acquisition of Lexsi, a European cybersecurity leader specialised in Threat Intelligence Services

Orange announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Lexsi through its Orange Business Services (2) entity.
“Orange has identified cybersecurity as one of its strategic priorities. With this acquisition, Lexsi, the Threat Intelligence Services (1) company, bolsters our ability to detect, analyse and respond to the threat of cyber-attacks and positions us as a major player in this field in Europe ,” says Michel Van Den Berghe, CEO of Orange Cyberdefense (3) .
