InterDigital and Kyocera Corporation sign multi-year patent license agreement

WILMINGTON, Del., April 04, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE): InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC), a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that the company’s patent licensing subsidiaries have signed a multi-year, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing patent license agreement with Kyocera Corporation.

The agreement covers sales by Kyocera Corporation and its affiliates of terminal unit products designed to operate in accordance with WCDMA and LTE standards, providing Kyocera expanded coverage for products in addition to those covered under their existing license agreement with InterDigital.
