Always attentive to the real users of Altice Labs products and to the market evolution and business trends, the Usability & User eXperience team is adapting its Framework (FUXI) to three new specific areas that cultivate inclusion and universal understanding of solutions that are developed:

• accessibility improvement, with special concern for color-blind users , allowing them to distinguish better the symbologies in the interface that have associated color;

• ability to quickly convert LTR (Left to Right) to RTL (Right to Left) presentation mode interfaces , to include populations that have this form of writing and that now belong to the world of users of Altice Labs products (Israel, Arab countries, etc.);

• quick access via keyboard to frequent system actions in order to speed up the use of repetitive functionalities.

The concern with the users' experience has been increasing and these three improvement points reinforce the commitement to develop products and technologies that pay attention to the singularities of the different users, in order to positively impact the overall satisfaction of our solutions.
