Panellists from HPE, Rakuten Mobile, Dell Technologies, Wavelo and ETSI discussed why so few operators can clearly describe how their data is organised, the impact of legacy silos, mergers and OSS/BSS systems designed for human rather than machine consumption, and the role of ontology in creating a common data layer for AI.
