Bouygues Telecom signs deal to acquire Nerim

Paris (France), 21 February 2019 – Bouygues Telecom and Dzeta Partners have announced the signing yesterday of an agreement for Bouygues Telecom to acquire 100% of the capital and voting rights of Nerim.

The acquisition will be completed between now and no later than the end of March 2019.

Following on the heels of Bouygues Telecom’s recent acquisition of Keyyo shares, the deal is fully in line with the company’s strategy of accelerating its expansion into the market of micro-businesses, SMEs and intermediate-sized businesses.

The B2B market is undergoing sweeping change. The end of PSTN, the development of fibre technology and next-generation telecommunications solutions are providing French companies with new opportunities to strengthen their competitiveness and expand on to new markets.

In an environment marked by growing demand for high-quality services, Nerim, a long-standing alternative operator founded in 1999, will notably provide Bouygues Telecom Entreprises with its technical expertise in the selling of data networks and website hosting for SMEs.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Nerim will retain its legal and commercial freedom and will benefit from the support of Bouygues Telecom Entreprises to pursue its development.

About Nerim: Founded in 1999, Nerim has established a solid reputation as a corporate telecoms operator that is focused on its customers’ core priorities: connection, communication, hosting and development. With a presence throughout France via 10branches and a strong network of more than 450 active partners, Nerim has succeeded in attracting more than 10,000 customers. The company has more than 100 employees and posted 2018 sales of over €32 million.

Nerim is positioned as a high-end operator working exclusively for corporate customers, for whom it builds solutions adapted to the needs and size of each company. Nerim combines the technical performance of the largest operators with the nimbleness and proximity of a smaller player.
