Geetha Ram, global head of telco infrastructure for the Communications Technology Group at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), discusses the main barriers to widespread adoption of the technologies and highlights some innovative ways to deal with the challenges associated with the total cost of ownership (TCO) of the telco network.
