They say there are three steps to heaven, but there are five steps to NFV nirvana

The deployment of NFV solutions in a carrier network can be a daunting prospect. However, NEC/Netcracker has a long history of the development of what eventually became known as Network Functions Virtualisation and has devised a consultancy-driven, practical "Five Step" approach to help service providers to transform their networks and their fortunes. The steps are; end-to-end service and revenue management, the management of organisational change, license management, policy management and classification.
