There'll be no "Big Bang" moment as far as NFV is concerned. Instead we will witness a steady evolutionary migration to the virtual network as essential ecosystems take shape, newcomers enter the market and service providers manage the complex transformation from the hard-wired network of yesteryear, through the age of the hybrid network and on into the era of the virtual.
