Fujitsu RunMyProcess to drive next wave of cloud adoption leveraging Amazon Web Services

Via Fujitsu Press Releases

Mar 16, 2020

March 12, 2020 - MUNICH, GERMANY: The early 2020s will see massive migration of enterprise workloads to the cloud. Recent research by analyst firm TECHnalysis1 found that around 30% are running on public cloud, and a further 40% on private/hybrid cloud. The next wave of cloud migration will involve more complex needs, with customers increasingly relying on service providers such as Fujitsu RunMyProcess to unify and present data and processes.

Achieving APN Select Technology Partner status is part of a wider strategy by Fujitsu to maximize the availability, productivity and integration-readiness of its RunMyProcess platform2 . A key part of this strategy is to establish partnerships with the major global cloud platforms. In September 2019, the company announced it has achieved AWS Managed Service Provider Status and, in August 2019, Fujitsu RunMyProcess joined the Google Cloud Partner Program.

Hiroshi Yazawa, CEO at Fujitsu RunMyProcess, says: “Enterprises are gearing up for another, even bigger round of cloud adoption as the imperative for digital transformation bites harder. Many have held back because they lacked the necessary confidence to trust complex applications and mission critical data running in the cloud. But now that the hyperscale cloud providers have demonstrated the resilience to earn that trust, enterprise customers can depend on Fujitsu RunMyProcess to provide proven solutions, backed by the scalability and innovation of hyperscalers like AWS.”

The APN is the global partner program for technology and consulting businesses who leverage AWS to build solutions and services for customers. Fujitsu RunMyProcess achieved its status through a rigorous qualification process that included certification and enterprise references in multiple industries.
