Boy, as a leader of 5G development in the Philippines, Smart recently launched 5G Max. Could you tell us more about your core objectives for this strategy?

Sure. There are three things that I would like to say for each point. We'll form my answer to your question, Tony. The first point is about our service, our 5G Max service. It has three components. It's ultra fast speed at more than 500 MVPS, ultralow latency at lower than 10 milliseconds and ultra reliable connectivity. So it's all ultra. The second part is our commitment 5G Max as our commitment to the Filipinos, the whom reserve 5G Max, like I said, is our commitment to give Filipinos world-class service, world-class, mobile service. And number two, it is in the future a promise to scale the adoption to more Filipinos so that that way we improve their lives and we make them thrive in the digital world.

Wow. Speeds exceeding 500 megabits per second and latency below 10 milliseconds are seriously impressive numbers. How is Smart translating these technical advantages into emotional connections with users?

Let me say that Smart at our core is a customer centric company, so therefore we treat all our clients with all the centricity of customer satisfaction. We aim to delight our customers and we have an exciting content of partners to do that. We have, for instance, Netflix, HBO, max TikTok and whatever. The more important thing is that we have our own compelling content that we develop ourselves for. The simple reason that we have an affiliate company on TV five on Signal that allows us to develop our own micro drama content that we will give to our customers and amaze them.

This demonstrates just how critical involving subscribers and partners in the early stages of any product development and release. But how does Smart 5G Max experience improve the lives of Filipinos?

But speaking of providing more convenience to Filipinos, you are gearing up to revive Smart money. Can you tell us more about this bold move?

Certainly. Smart Money is a legacy that we have built back at the turn of the millennium. We were the first digital wallet to offer such in the world. We are rebirthing that now and we would like to give this to our customers in a more engaging and powerful way by making payments easier, faster, and simpler. And this we will do on the back of our 5G network.
