Benedict Enweani, Director, Business Development, EXFO

Automation will make network problems and glitches much easier to detect, solve and even prevent. However, as Benedict Elweani of EXFO, the Quebec City, Canada-headquartered service assurance company explains, CSPs currently find it very difficult to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in their networks. Processes are slow, cumbersome, almost entirely reactive, costly, inefficient and can have a serious effect on a CSP's performance, customer satisfaction and bottom line. The solution is smart, AI-driven automated detection and resolution and the best way to endure continuity of service and a happy user base is 'recover first, resolve later'.
