• Florian Seiche appointed CEO, HMD Global
• Pekka Rantala appointed Executive Vice President

Espoo, Finland 30 October 2017:€“ HMD Global Oy'€™s Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Florian Seiche as the Chief Executive Officer. Florian has also been elected to join the HMD Global Board, effective immediately.

The Board also gave additional responsibility to Pekka Rantala. In addition to his current role as Chief Marketing Officer, Pekka has been appointed to the role of Executive Vice President.

Commenting on the appointments, Sam Chin, Chairman of the Board, HMD Global Oy said:
