This year's Great Telco Debate presentations showed all the signs that companies were now engaging with the new reality of the telecoms world, Graham tells Martyn Warwick.. Over the past 20 years a whole other industry - the Facebooks, Apples and so on - has emerged on the back of the telecoms infrastructure and telcos have felt bypassed. But now the industry is experiencing an upswing because it's finally come to a realisation about what it can and can't do.
