Luis Alvarez, CEO, BT Global Services

BT tries to be a partner rather than a supplier to global organisations, Luis tells Martyn Warwick. BT started with NFV in 2011 and he sees it as a long-term transformation for both BT Global and its customers. BT Global's overall objective is to provide a cloud of clouds so that its customers can access any cloud service from their own data centre or their own infrastructure, no matter whether it is Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft, SAP or HP.
