Chris Lewis, CEO, Lewis Insight

Chris Lewis says that the breaking down of the old barriers between the self-contained telecoms industry and adjacent industries that the telcos are supporting and beginning to collaborate with requires an immediate and profound change of mindset. That's because the growing pressure on telco economics is not simply and solely about the revenues that come back to the operators but also the knock-on effect whereby the telecoms sector is stimulating growing revenue for other parties, and that is something the telcos have never done before.
