Opening keynotes from the AI-Native Telco Forum, day one

The opening keynote session at this year’s AI-Native Telco Forum in Düsseldorf saw TelecomTV’s Guy Daniels launch the new AI-Native Telco Index, which tracks the progress of 56 operator groups on their journey towards being AI-native telcos.

ANTA Steering Board members from Deutsche Telekom, Wind River, Rakuten Mobile and Totogi then shared their perspectives through keynote presentations and discussion, exploring the critical foundations of AI-native transformation. Topics included the scale and complexity of network data, data readiness and quality, the semantic and contextual layers required for agentic AI, and the skills and organisational changes needed to support adoption. The session also examined the shift from orchestrating workloads to orchestrating intent, and the opportunities to unlock new value and revenue across the business.
