It is simplify, modernize, and monetize, right? So simplify your and modernize your existing stack. Look at your opex again, but also look at new monetization opportunities, right? For instance, we feel that open APIs are going to give us significant monetization opportunity. Look at reducing their churn in your business. Look at increasing the RPU per customer. And we feel that at Tech Mahindra we have a unique combination of services capability that can help you simplify and modernize. But we also have a significant number of software assets with Comm Viva, which can really help you monetize it, right? We have a very strong marketing analytics platform, a very strong BSS platform that gives significant monetization opportunities for the telcos.
Abhishek Shankar, Tech Mahindra (01:02):
Scale at speed means many things for telcos, but first of all, it's not a tagline, it is a philosophy. It's a principle which we saw internally. First, as a company, we believe we are at this Goldilocks position of having the right scale and running at the right speed, and we think that that same fabric went passed over to telcos to drive revenue growth scale in the right timeframe. At speed is a mirror of our own abilities as a company, and that's really what we try to give as our brand promise to telcos. It is what we are that we promise to give you as an outcome.
Harshvendra Soin, Tech Mahindra (01:43):
One of the most important things that we have seen is monetization, and especially with generative AI and the era of ai, everybody's talking about monetization. Well, it's easier said than done. Tech M today is helping telcos monetize in a couple of ways. The most prevalent that I see today is the joint go to market with many of the products. So whether it's telco to enterprise, enterprise to telco, the second thing that I really see is the whole use of large language models and how you can actually monetize it by taking it to the larger public. We call it democratization, but really it's only monetization
Sandeep Phadke, Tech Mahindra (02:27):
Tech Mahindra has been deeply involved in the AI journey for multiple telcos. We have built more than 500 use cases, which are very specific to telco processes, and we are looking at every possible opportunity of a telco process that can be automated, and the enablement of AI and the overlay of AI on each of those telco processes. So making sure that we are able to bring in that process repository of AI use cases and making it relevant for our telco clients is what we are doing for a living.
