Virtualisation now appears to be no longer be sufficient; instead, telcos need to become cloud native, but what does it actually mean when we say Cloud Native? Is it purely about a new evolution of VNFs, and if so, where does NFV fit within new cloud native architectures? There’s no doubt that we have a multi-cloud world, with various providers of private, public and hybrid services, which poses an important strategic question or CSPs as to where they see their role and the capabilities of the Telco Cloud.
