London's population is the highest it has ever been with 8.9 million people in the city and the number is increasing by a crowded tube-train full - every day. Obviously, the provision of a robust transport communications infrastructure and services is paramount in keeping London moving around the clock. Robert Woolley is at the sharp end of ensuring that things just work, and he has a fascinating story to tell.
