PCCW makes the case for stateless orchestration for SDN

Innovation is happening across the SDN stack, but in particular in the east-westbound APIs. There's also work being started on so-called "stateless" orchestration, with the aim of dramatically reducing the time required to update or add a new network route, and therefore make service delivery faster and more efficient.
