Jim St. Leger, Director, Open Source Strategist, Intel

There are tens if not hundreds of open source projects that companies involved in the telecom market are participating on, but what drives the creation of all these projects and how has the open source community changed and evolved over the past decade? Whilst some might still debate the merits of a business model that funds resources to work on software that’s free for anyone to use, this misses the commercial reality.
