Building on its initial experiences and key learnings, the Deutsche Telekom-hosted i14y Lab is set to expand its Open RAN testing options to further the development and applicability of open, disaggregated radio access network (RAN) technologies and to help expand the supporting ecosystem, says Andreas Gladisch, VP of emerging technologies at Deutsche Telekom’s group technology function and consortium lead of the i14y Lab.
