Since being told of her blindness, Caroline Casey has devoted her life to changing how global society views people with disabilities. Ten years ago she started the O2 Ability Awards to recognize Irish businesses for their inclusion of people disabilities. Now she wants more global companies to support digital inclusion, and to stop treating disabled people as a niche market.
