Stan tells Guy Daniels that the MEF’s Carrier Connect 2.0 is well on the way to developing the ‘third network’, as it’s now fully supported globally by more 50 carriers who are building networks that are agile, assured and orchestrated. Carrier Connect 2.0 moves networks from being static connectivity services to dynamic connectivity services.
