Ralph Santitoro, Director of Solutions Architecture, Fujitsu Network Communications
Ralph tells Guy Daniels that Carrier Ethernet is the foundation of all wide area telecoms services today and the MEF standards are established there, but now the industry as a whole is moving to a more software-defined, virtualised world, so the MEF is developing standards which help operators provide value-added services which are dynamic, on-demand and virtualised.
