Eric and Chris discuss MEF’s recently published set of white papers on Carrier Ethernet Service Assurance. As Eric states: “I think it is absolutely critical now to have that information, more than any other time. It is business critical. We cannot survive without having that information readily available – not only internally, but being able to provide that information back to a customer. Here’s how your service is performing. It’s now just a nice-to-have. It is now something that we’re mandated to provide to a customer.”
