Biography 

Miriam is part of the Ericsson Digital BSS demand generation team exploring the growth opportunities driven by 5G and IoT monetization. Early career experience in billing and rating informed a series of strategic marketing, product marketing and analysis roles from various perspectives in IT and telecoms along with more recent research, analysis and consultancy as an industry analyst across digital transformation, large enterprise services and automation / AI.

Head of BSS Sales (Sales Readiness and Sales Support), Ericsson

Biography 

Seda leads Ericsson’s Digital BSS sales and sales readiness where she is responsible for providing global sales and commercial support for Digital BSS Engagements, defining and driving Go-To-Market strategies for BSS Offerings, building sales strategy and securing sales execution across the regions. Seda brings with her 20 years of experience in the ICT industry across Business Development, Solution Portfolio Development, Presales Management, leading the teams delivering BSS&OSS transformation engagements.
