Yes, new technologies come along, but they were evolutionary and gradual. Telcos knew their role and what skills they needed. But then along came the cloud and changed everything. Now, not only do telcos have to acquire new skillsets, but they have to compete with many more companies and sectors to obtain these skills. It’s a major challenge. So how do they overcome this?
