Colt selects Amdocs for next step in milestone IT transformation

London, UK – Colt Technology Services, the digital infrastructure company, today announced it has signed a contract with Amdocs as part of a multi-year strategic transformation of its core IT systems. Colt has selected Amdocs as a software partner and solutions provider to drive a powerful, robust global inventory platform which will digitise and automate Colt’s global network and service inventory for a greater customer experience.

This transformative IT project marks the latest phase in Colt’s continued digitalisation journey aimed at delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience. The long-term project will facilitate widespread enhancements to Colt’s digital service delivery, engineering and network operations, giving Colt teams the ability to deliver a wide range of provisioning changes, capacity planning and fault-resolution services across a single global connected platform. It will also enable greater self-service options for customers to manage their own infrastructure changes if they choose to.

The new Amdocs Resource Manager (ARM) solution is a cornerstone in Colt’s continuous modernisation journey, focused on delivering digital infrastructure services that empower its customers and employees worldwide.
